"I don't travel often, and didn't think to call and ask, but instead just went off of the pictures of the rooms, and I did not see any refrigerator so I decided to take a portable one that I have. When I got to my room, I was happy to see that there was a small refrigerator in the room."

"We booked our stay for one night. Because we just needed a place to shower and sleep at night. Because we spent most of our day outdoors. The room was very clean, they had everything that was essential. The stuff was outdated yes but useful. I think the staff makes a great effort to provide an excellent customer service and also keeping the place in order, clean and functional. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For great price 👍"

"There wasn’t anything that I liked, unfortunately. The bed was rock hard and we didn’t sleep at all, because there was a dog in a neighboring room that had a dog the wined and barked all night long. Unfortunately I do not recommend this place and I should have asked for compensation."

"They really should put up signs in the rooms asking guests to be respectful—specifically, not to disturb their neighbors with noise or loud conversations. Our neighbors were extremely noisy and disruptive; it wasn't peaceful at all, and they disturbed us a great deal."

"It was our first time visiting here, we travelled as a family with kids (7 and 11) and our Dog. What a great place to stay! We came here without expectations and we found ourselves already planning our return. Plenty of things to do! Tennis / Pickle ball courts, board games room, Basketball court and a playground (Although this could use some love as they were rusty). Plenty of places to walk your dog and doggy stations with bags in many different places. Rooms are a bit dated, more leaning...

"So peaceful! Loved my own private balcony for reading and watching the waves. Peggy the manager was very kind and helpful. Room was spotless. The beach wasn't crowded at all! So close to Newport for anything I needed. This was my second stay and I will keep returning!!! Thank you!"

"Beds are rather comfy. Showers are terrible. Smells musty. It is not anything special. The pool in the photos looks 300X more luxurious than reality. I would NEVER pay over 300 there for and room ever again…. It wasn’t miserable but I felt very ripped off.. breakfast was pretty much powdered eggs, gas station muffins, and Jimmy deal sausages. Would not recommend this place."

"We had a horrible experience. We checked into the hotel and dropped off all of our bags in our room then went out to dinner. Upon arriving back from dinner, our keys no longer worked. We went to the front desk and were advised that they had overbooked the hotel and put someone else in our room. They went into our room when we were out to dinner and removed all of our belongings and put them in storage and then gave someone else our room. Bottom line, they screwed up and we had to find another...
