We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of TWO SEPARATE homes, located 0.7 miles apart. Make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.


Wake to soft Colorado light spilling across the foothills as you step onto the patio, coffee in hand, and watch the day come alive. In the evening, settle by the warmth of a fire pit or fire table, sharing stories as the sky stretches wide with stars. Between outdoor meals and cozy nights inside, there’s room for connection, relaxation, and play across not one but two nearby homes.

Sleeping arrangements
This reservation includes two separate homes located 0.7 miles apart, together accommodating 16+ guests. The first, the Modern Cowboy Cottage, offers five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, along with two bathrooms. The second, the Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat, provides five bedrooms with four king beds, one queen bed, and a twin, plus three bathrooms. Soft linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades help ensure restful nights.

Outdoor living
Both homes invite you outside to enjoy Colorado’s fresh air. Adirondack chairs circle the fire pit and fire tables, while patios provide space for outdoor dining and relaxation. A grill makes it easy to prepare al fresco meals, and at Home 2 a fenced yard and covered patio give children and pets a safe place to play while adults unwind nearby.

Indoor comfort and entertainment
Inside, open-plan living spaces are designed for gathering. Plush sofas and Smart TVs set the scene for movie nights or unhurried conversations. Game rooms in both homes bring energy to your stay with foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and a range of board games for all ages. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep you comfortable year-round, while WiFi ensures you stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
Each home has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find cooking basics, a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and barbecue utensils. Large dining tables make it simple to gather for breakfast, celebratory dinners, or late-night snacks.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations available. Pets are welcome, and assistance animals are always allowed. The fenced yard at Home 2 offers additional convenience for families.

Essentials and safety
Both homes are equipped with washers and dryers, towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Safety amenities include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in via keypad, private entrances, and free parking on-site or on the street add ease to your stay.

Neighborhood
Set within Centennial’s rolling hills and trails, you’ll be close to outdoor recreation and city highlights. Local favorites like The Streets at Southglenn are only a short drive, while Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall, and Cherry Creek State Park are all nearby. Downtown Denver is just 20 minutes away, and day trips to Red Rocks, Colorado Springs, or Rocky Mountain National Park are within easy reach.
