Our modern 5BR/2BA home sleeps up to 10 guests and is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Colorado. We designed this home to provide you with comfort and convenience during your stay as you enjoy your visit to the area.

With easy highway access, some of the best parts of Denver are only minutes away - Denver (20 minutes), Boulder (25 minutes), Golden (20 minutes), Highlands/RiNO/LoDo/LoHi (15 minutes), or Red Rocks Amphitheater (25 minutes) along with easy access to mountain areas situated close to I-70.

For families: a highchair, children's dishes/cups/silverware, outlet covers, baby bath, toys & books (ages 0-3), pack n play, and baby gate is provided and always at the listing!

THE HOME:

★ 4 Comfortable bedrooms (3 King + 2 Queens) equipped with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, spare pillows & blankets, white noise machine, mirror, full closet/dresser & a desk in both downstairs bedrooms

★ Bathrooms – 2 full bathrooms (1 has a tub), hotel-style towels, and complementaries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, hairdryer, first aid kit, and a make-up mirror

★ Modern & updated kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook at home or enjoy take out + coffee bar with complimentary coffee & tea, filters, creamer, & sugars (including a Chemex for pour overs with filters provided)

★ Bright and spacious - 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs with plenty of space to relax and unwind in style. Perfect for large groups who want a place to gather to relax or have 2 separate options to watch TV and chill, with the downstairs living room also having a foosball table for fun! Enjoy movies on either smart TV with Netflix and additional screening options provided.

★ Outdoor Hangout Space - Enjoy a fully enclosed, private backyard oasis featuring a Hot Tub, Outdoor Dining Table, gas firepit (propane provided), large yard for the kids or pups to run out, cornhole/bags, and a hammock for relaxing

★ Family-friendly amenities – A pack & play (includes sheets!), fenced yard, games, children's toys/books, & high chair, baby gate, outlet covers, & baby bath.

★ Washer/Dryer with laundry supplies provided

★ The fun extends in the basement into the stylish speakeasy bar room with a wet bar, table for 4 to play games or enjoy a fun drink, and relax for the ultimate night in. A record player is also provided to enjoy some tunes along with 2 Arcade Games (Mrs. Pack Man & Mortak Kombat) and a variety of board/card games for a fun night in after a long day of exploring!

★ Covered, GARAGE parking that fits 2 cars and a large driveway that can fit an additional 3-4 vehicles. Option to close the driveway gate for secure parking!

A perfect home-base, whether you’re looking to explore Denver city life (20 min), visit Boulder (20 min), catch a show at Red Rocks, or adventure in the Rocky Mountains. This home is conveniently located just minutes from Highway 36 making access to all sorts of adventures very convenient!
