The heating system was not working. Two different maintenance teams came to repair the system but it was still not working after the second team left. The temperature was 54 in the house. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering that this was the first time using VRBO.

Very nice and comfortable property. Home was a little older than expected, but served our group of three well. Beds were very comfy! Bathrooms were fine, small (normal for an older home), and somewhat spartan on towels. But definitely good enough for our needs. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Family room was great. It was also in a nice quiet location, just a short drive to any restaurants and shopping needs.

Empower field concert

Over all meh. Property has a lot of potential but currently is kind of dingy. Lots of cob webs and spiders. My daughter and I spent a little time cleaning. There’s a few holes in the wall covered with duct tape. One of the bathroom cabinet doors fell off its hinges as if it wasn’t assembled correctly. The shower faucet in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off but my husband was able to fix it. This property was appealing because it is pet friendly but we ended up not traveling with dogs thankfully the back yard is mostly weeds and not an area I’d want to sit and hang with family. The area around cellar windows are full of murky water and bugs. I would not open the cellar windows, just sayin. The location is meh, there’s really nothing to do close by. The kitchen could use a decent sized cutting board and some serving dishes for like chips and salsa etc. the mattress’s are great, pillows not so much. Overall, the property seems like a work in progress, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

This place is a DUMP

Window AC unit in front of house with plywood holding it against house, hole in house with Duct hoses looked like someone took a hammer to it to put giant hole in house, exposed wires, door handle was leaning and appeared to be tampered with. Yard full of weeds , paint doesn’t match the home, raw plywood in 40% of front home that is water damaged… Don’t get catfished like we did and they wouldn’t refund my money and I had the insurance…

It was a house.

It was a house and there were beds. Oven did not work, ceiling leaked in upstairs bathroom. Downstairs bedroom flood flooded from rain. Baseboards in both basement bedrooms have black mold growing on them. Only one of three air mattresses held air. Back yard turned into a mud pit in the rain as well. Positives beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, check in was smooth, and price was good.

I was looking forward to a wonderful family get together

The house was very ghetto! Plywood over some windows. Those that were not covered were filthy. The yard was all weeds. A wheelbarrow was on its side to cover a hole in the fence. Even the garage was filthy. A bottle with cigarette butts and water was in the backyard. We did not stay for even one night.

The house was great, only thing I disliked was after I booked it we had to fill out more stuff which seems to be more common place these days. I really wish that was stated on the site before you booked. Not all of us are computer whizzes!!

This stay was horrible. This is my first time leaving a review. Jeff was not helpful, not willing to help. He is hard to get a hold of Will not answer your phone call does not send emails to the correct email. Lies about that the house was just clean unsafe broken window. Drier vent so clogged. Thank goodness it was winter and we didn’t need to use the air conditioner vented out the front living room window. No hand towel cobwebs food on the floor from the last people or the last. Chips in the couch cushions

Spacious quiet stay

The house was nice and very quiet , we stayed as a nice place to get ready for our small wedding .There was plenty of space in both upstairs and downstairs for our group of 6 people . Comfy beds and nice game room downstairs for casual hang out space .

Scenic Heights

The house was so spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room downstairs where we watched movies together and mostly hung out as a group. I love how dog friendly thw property is with a huge spacious backyard where poo bags are supplied on sight. It was incredibly easy to communicate with the owner. Our experience was amazing. It

Great property

This rental was spacious and accommodated our party of 7 easily. The owner communicated well with me for the only issue we had, two breakers tripping when we first got there. It was handled expediently and everything else was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had an issue finding our vehicle keys so we were 20 mins late checking out but the owner was kind and understanding about it and didnt charge us anything extra. Would definitely stay here again!
