This was an amazing place to stay! Not only was it incredibly clean but the hot tub and rooftop fireplace was so nice. The host/owner’s communication was top tier and even let us into the place an hour early because we had nowhere to go. Would highly recommend you stay here !

We stayed at this location for my bachelorette weekend, and it did not disappoint! It was EXACTLY as described, and the cleanliness was next level. As someone who typically brings spare sheets to rental homes just in case, I did not even think of pulling them out once. All of the beds were also very comfortable and the whole group remarked on how well they slept. Jill was very responsive and left the most clear check in and check out experiences. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this well appointed townhome. There wasn’t anything I would change about this unit. Extremely clean, lots of windows. Easy walk to just about everything in the heart of Golden. We used to book 2 hotel rooms at the Golden hotel. Not anymore. With all of the balconies, especially the roof top with the hot tub, we will definitely be back. Enjoy!!

Communication was excellent ... and management was very responsive to minor questions/concerns. We had quite a busy schedule so we didn't take advantage of the hot tub and firepit but we very much enjoyed the rooftop when we could make it up there! Great location!

Great place to stay! Lots of room to spread out. Hot tub was a nice addition to have in the evenings. Clean accommodations. Easy to access and host was very responsive. Beds are on the soft side and we had trouble with the Internet. Golden was surprisingly delightful! We would definitely stay here again.

This location is exactly as described. It was extremely clean and the owners checked in enough to make us feel comfortable but not too much. The hot tub on the roof was a really fun feature. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you could possibly think of, from multiple coffee machine options to a crock pot. We felt safe and the property was walkable to cute downtown Golden. Additionally you can walk to the grocery store for your food needs. The only "issue" we had was the road noise was pretty loud at all hours but this seems to be a Colorado thing as we found the number of (loud) cars to be abundant everywhere we traveled. Haha It wouldn't deter me from recommending this location but just a word of caution for those traveling. We really enjoyed this property!

Sorority Reunion

The house is very accommodating. We had a group of 12 women. Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of living space. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck. However, we had breakfast and dinner on the patio right off of the dining room. We had plenty of space for everyone. it was very easy to walk to downtown Golden. Definitely a five star.

Great stay

My 2 girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The photos and listing are accurate. The place is clean, and the beds and leather couch are comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top deck, hot tub, and fire pit! The property management company is wonderfully responsive and communicative. They even accommodated our early arrival and let us leave our luggage in the garage until our check-in time. The house is a half mile walk to the main strip of downtown Golden, 1 block from a Safeway, 15-minute drive to Red Rocks, and <25-minute drive to Denver. Very convenient and quiet location. Would stay here again if we were to return to Golden.

Beautiful rooftop views!

Came with some girlfriends for a birthday trip. The house is perfect - lots of rooms with comfy beds, lots of outdoor hanging space which was perfect and an easy walk to downtown Golden. The rooftop hot tub and area was the best. We loved our time here!

Big place / great location / very comfy

Really clean, cute and well appointed property! Perfect for our stay to see Golden and hit Red Rocks. Place feels bigger than the photos depict. Lots of essentials in the kitchen. Nice outdoor spaces although we didn’t have time to use them.
