  • A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

What a great house and location. We came to CO to go to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and the house was perfect. About 20 minutes to the venue. Very quiet and a great outside area to relaxing and talk after our day.

We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The floor plan is spread out and has a few options for living spaces so the 6 of us were not feeling crowded at all. It had everything we needed. The Columbine Trail is nearby and was a nice little walk. It’s one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Very clean.

Easy stay, great for prts, comfortable beds

Fantastic stay! If you are traveling with a dog this is the place to stay! Check in and out process was incredibly easy. Beds were VERY comfortable. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Comfy House

This was a nice comfy house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds and plenty of supplies provided for guests. Easy check in and check out and great communication with owner. Would very much recommend a stay here.
