A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

Property and furniture is a bit tired. Host was very communicative and easy to deal with. Fence was great for dog to run and stay safe. Neighborhood isn't the best in town, but we remained safe.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Just as described. Quiet and relaxing. The dogs enjoyed the use of the backyard and there is a lovely trail to walk them close by. The property has everything needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Hannah is a delightful host. Thank you so much.

What a great house and location. We came to CO to go to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and the house was perfect. About 20 minutes to the venue. Very quiet and a great outside area to relaxing and talk after our day.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of 3 adults — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom was a standout with great closet and drawer space, ideal for an extended stay. We loved the fluffy towels, thoughtful touches, and the peaceful front patio for morning coffee. Located in a great area of Littleton, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The floor plan is spread out and has a few options for living spaces so the 6 of us were not feeling crowded at all. It had everything we needed. The Columbine Trail is nearby and was a nice little walk. It’s one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Very clean.

Great location, big house and big yard. They have an area to keep dogs in and a larger area for them to run around. The house was clean and had anything you would need with grocery stores close by. The only issue was with the WiFi, while using the house WiFi I ran into https issues, if you don’t need WiFi for work this house is perfect. If you do need WiFi for work I was able to connect to an Xfinity hotspot.

Family wedding

Very nice home. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Easy access to stores, gas, restaurants. We stayed for our daughter's wedding that was held at Red Rocks Trading Post. It was a very easy drive to the Red Rocks and Golden where we spent some time. Hannah, the host was very prompt with response and information regarding our stay. Fenced in area of the yard was perfect for our dog that came along with us. Rooms were all spacious and bedding was clean. Being able to park in the garage was a added bonus, as while we were visiting the temps got into the 100's. Would stay again and recommend to others!

The house is nothing fancy, but it is clean and well stocked with the necessary supplies like towels, kitchen stuff, kleenex, fans, etc (some VRBOs skimp on these things!). The host replied quickly. House is easy to find.

Great Stay!

Great property with plenty of linens, pots and pans, etc. Host is available for anything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the bbq grill and fenced yard for our small dog. Great neighborhood to take walks in and not far from grocery stores, costco, etc.

Family friendly home

This is the second time staying in this home! Both times were perfect for what we needed. Great area for dogs with a nice big yard. We were able to have dinner with family that lives in the area at the home. We were able watch movies, play games and put together puzzles. The home is clean and Hannah is very responsive. Anytime I reached out to her.
