  • Swim in season in the shared pool a few steps away, returning to refresh in an extra-large shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments. Pour a cup of French-press coffee and watch Netflix on the Smart TV from the comfort of the leather sofa.

    Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware).

    Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio.

    The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex.

    I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed.

    Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park.

    Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Condo is very nice, spacious, and clean. It’s in a nice neighborhood and has plenty of parking. It’s a 30 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from Denver.

Clean, well stocked. The walking path across the street was amazing. The water heater was leaking when we arrived and our host was on top of it! Arrived shortly after we messaged and had it completely replaced a few hours later. Absolute superstar!

Really cute 2 bedroom. Great communication with Mike. Area was good , everything you need is right there. Loved having the rec path right out the front door. Place was clean. Only downside is a busy road out front and upstairs neighbors. I'm a light sleeper though, so I'm sure that doesn't help. Parking was also plentiful and easy. Well stocked with everything you need. Overall really nice stay

The condo was a good landing spot for us to stay while visiting family in town. Good communication with host. Beds are on the firm side. Only downside was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and talking early in the morning and late at night.

This was perfect for our needs. We came in for a hockey showcase. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood, comfortable and well stocked condo.

This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. We were there for 3 weeks and barely had to buy a thing to replenish usages. In other words; it was fully equipped; better than any of the others I rented over the years. The beds are high quality and very comfortable. My favorite thing; the shower. I never used a better one. Mike, the owner, was incredibly responsive and congenial. I very much recommend this property. A!
