    Our place is super nice and cozy. It has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and feel right at home.

    Our guest love the location. It is centrally located, close to downtown and the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Walk across the street to Starbucks along with other restaurants, Planet Fitness, Sprouts (a natural grocery store), liquor store and more! Along with being less than a mile to Belmar Shopping District- that has Target, Whole Foods, a movie theatre, restaurants, shops and more...

    The options are limitless for activities and adventures. This centrally located studio is perfect for your adventure in the Denver area.

Is in a pretty convenient location. I didn’t realize it was on such a busy street so there is a lot of street noise at all hours. However, after the first night I did find the ear plugs in the room which is a great add. Has everything you need for your stay.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. Perfect location for a red rocks concert. Clean and comfy. Super busy area, but we felt safe and the traffic noise was not bothersome.

Cute room!

At first a little skeptical about it being right on such a busy street but we had everything we wanted within walking distance as far as restaurants. The stadium is about 10 minutes away with traffic and the room was very clean and cute! Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent Accommodation

The accommodation was lovely and the host was very attentive. I really appreciated how everything was prepared for my arrival, from towels to blankets and even snacks! It's close enough to downtown Denver where you won't feel too far out. I was grateful that I stayed here and hope to be back soon.

Clean and Comfortable

A great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. All of the things you need. Communion was excellent! Yes, there's traffic noise but I barely heard a peep from other tenants and the traffic became white noise for me. Highly recommend!

Red Rocks weekend fun

My sister and I needed a place to stay for a 2 night music weekend. It was a great location and had everything we need for a comfy and convenient stay. Would love to stay again if we ever see a show at red rocks again :)

What a sweet and cozy place! Had everything you need, plus some! Felt very comfortable and safe. We got to meet our host and they were wonderful and warm people. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Central Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and clean studio! It was centrally located with a ton of things to do. Our main reason down the stay was to go to a concert at Red Rocks. The drive was easy and quick. Highly recommend staying in this studio!

This is a cute cozy studio apartment. Amenities were well furnished; such as a cooler for picnics. It is also close to shopping and restaurants. Like many, the noise of city life and its location can be a bit distracting , so if this is a concern use your fan app, etc. The apartment sneaks up on you, if you are using Uber or some outside transportation inform them. Overall great stay!!

Great central location!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do between downtown Denver and Golden/the foothills. It is off quite a busy street, but once we knew that, it was OK to get in and out of. Janelle was super communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay.
