Ocean Beach Vista! Stunning oceanfront custom built house with spectacular ocean views. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and gorgeous view every morning, enjoy sunsets on your deck, take a stroll on miles of sandy beach. The house was custom built in 1997 by Premier McPhee builders and has top-of-the-line quality custom finishes, an incredible gourmet kitchen with granite counter top, Subzero refrigerator, and Viking stoves. It has central air conditioning, high speed internet, and HDTV. It is professionally cleaned and linens/bath towels are provided.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our host Yiping was very accommodating, checked in on us to ensure everything was fine. House is right on the water with beach access and accurate listing description.Very quiet & peaceful setting, sunsets were amazing. House is well appointed. Will be back.

Fantastic ocean view, comfortable common areas. Great for our group of 4 adults. We didn’t cook meals, but appreciated the large sunny kitchen. Strong wi-fi supports remote work and streaming media.

This was an all star find. The house was huge and super fun to stay in. We were able to watch the sunrise from the beach and sunset from the balcony. The pool table and foosball offered fun for my kids. The owner reached out regularly and checked in as needed. The beach is private and right next to a public beach so you can do a nice walk in the morning picking up shells and having fun.

We had a great time with the family on Cape Cod for Thanksgiving. The host was very accommodating even answering on the holiday when we locked ourselves out. The place is literally on the beach. We were able to enjoy sunrise and sunset this time of year. Perfectly placed mid cape to access wherever you want to go. Great rooms with sweeping views. Best spot on the cape

The listing calls this a stunning oceanfront property. That is correct - Sunrises, awesome sunsets, wonderful wildlife, steps directly onto the beach. The home is charming, clean, modern, and in a great location on the Cape. I interacted with the owner several times and he was quickly responsive and most helpful.This is the way you want a trip to be. Everything was just right.

Family enjoyed time spent at the house. Beautiful views of the ocean and nice deck to gather on. Public beach next door with swing set for children to enjoy. The only negative was the steps required to get onto the beach…difficult for toddlers to descend without assistance of an adult. However, we were aware of this when we rented the house.

Although the home is beautiful and in a lovely setting, serious attention needed to be payed to the outside-we had to move two broken, wooden Adirondack chairs and a pile of old wood stacked near the picnic table off of the deck. Alongside the house there was a messy pile of old wood and broken chairs(??) The kitchen had broken drawers and missing handles. An exterminator is needed! There were allot of flys in the house congregating on the windows especially in the kitchen. But most concerning was the problem with the house directly next door. Their alarm system kept going off-at least three times during our week’s stay!! We had to call the alarm company AFTER PUTTING UP WITH THEIR ALARM FOR OVER 10 hours!! And then it happened twice more! I let our property owner know about this and HE NEVER TEXTED ME BACK. I guess it didn’t concern him since he had our money. BTW for over 1,4000 A NIGHT the issues that are mentioned above are absolutely not acceptable.

It was a beautiful spot, and the view cannot be beat! The host was super responsive and able to help us when we had trouble with the grill. We had a really great time and LOVED that our dogs could come with us. The beach was great, but a bunch of rocks washed up that made water shoes absolutely necessary. Not sure if that happens often? They were gone by the end of the week. The Sailing Cow was a 4 minute walk and was a great spot for a little beach drink. And dinner at the nearby Pelham House was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

This property was as advertised. Right on a private beach, the views here are incredible. Make sure you plan to see a sunrise or sunset! Owner is very easy to work with and responsive.

A bit strange

I was there with my family for Christmas. This is not a good off-season rental. The beach is not walkable, and the heating system in balky. In summer the location would be fantastic... right on the ocean's edge. My crew was young adults and parents, and the master bedroom has a window to the awesome family room, meaning that if they stayed up late having fun we couldn't go to sleep. I think this is a property for a gang of youngish people.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect private home on the water. Home has every thing anyone would need, great location and especially wonderful views of the ocean. August is busy time for vacations at the Cape but this home has a wonderful fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill that made us decide to avoid the crowds and enjoy the property as much as possible Our one year old granddaughter loved playing in the sand on the private beach. My favorite part of the day was sitting with my wife in the two red chairs overlooking the beach.

Oceanfront House

The view is spectacular. House is as advertised and quite large to host 10+ people. House needs some interior lighting work and some paint in main great room. Exterior needs some work on trim and siding. Wooed deck furniture needs to be replaced as there are exposed fasteners. Front door needs to be replaced as that is the first impression when you enter. Overall, the Property Manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer.

Successful family vacation

We decided to take a trip to Cape Cod before baby number 2 makes his arrival, and this was the perfect property for our family. We have a 2 year old daughter so the private beach was the perfect place for her to run around and splash in the waves. When she went to bed, my fiancé and I were able to enjoy some quality time watching the waves or playing a game of pool in the game room. I would definitely recommend this property and host!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time. You cannot beat the basically private beach in the backyard - ideal for kids and family’s! The host was incredibly responsive, the house was exactly as pictured online. Very clean, very spacious and the game room downstairs was a big hit!
