"Beautiful & delicious! I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m in the Mystic area. Hosts have thought of everything! The place is filled with amazing art and fascinating sculptures. The yard is filled with beautiful tree’s & flowers. Breakfast is a wonderful variety of fresh and baked foods that go above and beyond. Sheets, towels, mattresses, and bathrooms are all high quality and well-selected. Highly recommended!"

There were stains on the bed, mold in the shower, some kind of spatter on the walls, the hallways smelled like a combination of urine and trash, we were unable to get out money back since "we had paid in full", therefore, we were penalized for paying in advance. Go figure. We were moved to another room which was slightly better but still not good. The beds had minimal blankets and pillows were awful. There was only 1 lamp in the room. "We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed at a Marriott Hotel within one year, and the hotel was identified as having an indoor pool. Yet when we arrived and asked about the pool, we were told it had not been available since the fall of 2025. Yet, when we used the television to review the hotel amenities, the indoor pool was featured with pool hours. Clearly, this was false advertising! Marriott was initially unwilling to refund our money and offered...
