"Horrible service. Room wasn’t cleaned. Asked 6 times throughout the day. They even sent a cleaning crew up who came to the door and told us they were cleaning our room next. We waited in the lobby and killed a chunk of the afternoon. It was raining so we were just trying to relax. Got back to the room and it was still not cleaned. The a man came by before we went to dinner to clean it. All he did was put sheets on the bed. They told us since we booked through Expedia that they cannot refund me...

Evan was a top notch host and prepared the most amazing breakfast items and even accomodated my gluten allergy! We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking as a yearly getaway. We look forward in staying in the warmer months so that we can enjoy the outside gardens and pool."

"The TV and the internet were issues for more than one room. Smell was musty. Bed was a metal frame with a hard mattress...an inflatable would have been more comfortable. Almost walked out, but was just too tired."

"I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

"Was absolutely nasty, first the sign saying not responsible for things left in room. Drug addict looking people getting off the elevator, couch in lobby was broken in the middle like someone jumoed on it, Drunk stumbled off the elevator to outside. this was 1:30am we had no choice but to stay rather in our car. went up stairs in the nasty hallways, went into the room the beds had no more springs in the mattress, looked like they were 20 years old. sitting on the side of the bed both ends of the...

"They tried hard. The heating system was working but noisy. The shower was fine, but you couldn’t take a bath."

"The motel could use an upgrade. I was concerned that the door on the room wasn’t locked and easy to get in. Bathroom door dodnt shut. Staff was pleasant. No amenities but it was an inexpensive hotel"
