"My room was up a flight of not very well light stairs causing me to miss the last step it was above the bar and entertainment room, live music started 9PM and finished 11PM fine until more music started, at 11.50PM I rang down to see how long it will last, I was told 10mins, never happened, I rang at 1.10AM to ask again, someone hung up on me then finally it stopped. "Everything was lovely, especially the staff! In the middle of a heatwave, AC would have been nice but that’s Mother Natures fault. Food was excellent, parking was easy and the surroundings were beautiful! I definitely recommend for a taste of old world charm."

The carpets in the rooms are suffering from wear and tear and could do with a better clean. The rooms needs a bit more of a clean in general. "The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."

"I can't really review this hotel because we didn't end up staying here. The hotel had no air conditioning and it was 97 degrees. I am older and can not stand the heat. The young lady that waited on me was great she was checking to see that under the circumstances they could refund me for the 4 night stay that I had reserved. I never heard back from anyone. "Bed was comfortable and breakfast very nice. Negatives - no air con on a very hot day/night and shower problematic. Couldn’t avoid getting hair wet, shower head too high to adjust and no soap in dispenser. Otherwise all good."
