"We got there early and couldn’t get in because they were cleaning. lol the room wasn’t sweep or clean. Had mold on the walls near bathroom. Towel rack was broken out of the wall and just hanging. You had to unplug the microwave to open the door after using it. From the front door through the check in area was a mess. Ice maker broken water everywhere. Trust me we want be back."

"The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. They also have a 1$ deposit for room keys. The microwave and fridge was dirty. Someone...

"This place is cozy, and pristine. There were activities to do on very hot days as well as activities to do on rainy days. The kids were always entertained. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. It gave off an “at home” vibe as opposed to a resort vide. Drinks were excellent, and not too sweet because the ingredients were quality, so there was no need to mask them with sugar. The coffee shop was excellent. The restaurants served great food. My only complaint is that the restaurants close...

Room was a little musty smelling. Breakfast is awful. Better off going to a nearby pancake house."

"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future."

"Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly.
The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!"
