"Just what the weary traveller needs - close to a quiet beach and two lovely pools. Room big and comfy. The hotel would have had the ‘wow factor’ in its day but now elements are a little tired. Breakfast didn’t have much British stuff and the tea cups were like eye baths. I accept that on one level but for an international hotel I’d hope there would be a bit more available for an old pom like me. When I requested fresh milk for the room for my tea coffee was told ‘only do creamer’ pity"

"Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom enabled a good sleep then shower and meal during a 13 hour transit wait for next flight. Started second long flight refreshed and ready to go again. Booked same again for return journey."

"よかったところ 綺麗でリゾート感がある 空港から近い ロビー、客室、プールが素敵 グリーンハウスのスタッフが紳士的 グリーンハウスの食事が美味しかった フロントのスタッフも優しかった ダメなところ アプリから連絡しても気づいてもらえず、電話も出ず、シャトルバスに乗れなかった 送られてきたシャトルバスの時刻表が古いもので正確ではなかった プールサイドのバスタオル置き場がわかりにくく、やっと見つけたのにタオルの在庫がなかった プールサイドにホテルのスタッフはいないので、仕方なくプールサイドのバーの女性スタッフに話しかけてフロントにもつないでもらおうとしたら、フロントの番号はわからない！自分でフロントにいけ！もう話しかけるな！と怒られた。人種差別かなと思うレベルだった。 ホテルでこのような扱いを受けるのは初めてだし、泊まってみたかったホテルでこんなことになり悲しかった。 プールバーの女性スタッフが酷すぎたため、二度と泊まりたくないと思ったが、グリーンハウスやフロント、シャトルバスのスタッフがとねも良い人だったので、総合的にみてまた泊まりたいと思った。 "

"Every single staff member in the hotel were super helpful and friendly. Restaurant for breakfast was brilliant! Different stuff everyday and food was very good. In Room Dining with 24hr access is nice as well as the Club Lounge! Pools are nice and clean. They give a mean massage! All my knots are non existent thanks to May Li! When we wanted something different from room service they went the extra mile to get us food from Masella and deliver to our room thanks to the lovely waitress at the...
