"This is a lovely hotel in a convenient location right next to a shopping centre, Vincom. The hotel has excellent facilities pool sauna and restaurants. The staff are excellent very well-mannered and courteous. The breakfast area is very luxurious and the variety of choices is excellent. I was disappointed of the amount that I had to pay for late checkout. Our flight was at 5.30pm & requested checkout at 3.30 which was provided but with a cost of $1,375,000 VDN which equates to just over A$$80. "A wonderful hotel and place to stay since it's central on the island. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Great place for photos and Instagram. The included morning breakfast has a great selection of fresh food. Since the hotel is in an alley, they offer complimentary shuttle rides to the main road which is only a 2 minute walk and they have bikes to use.
