"We had a very warm welcome which made us feel very special. The staff was very courteous and was always ready to help. Hasan and the young lady who were at the desk leading to the Indian cuisine dining room were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast . Keep up the good work!"

"It truly is a stunning hotel and some of the staff were amazing. However, during check-in, I found the person checking me in to be quite rude and unhelpful, I spoke to the manager lady the next who was wonderful. The bar manager was wonderful. The pool/spa were excellent. It was a pity the start ..."

"Checked in after 12 .30 am - checked out at 8 am - in extreme Rush as i had flight to catch and I was already delayed . Staff was totally unhelpful in getting me an airport drop or in arranging the cab ( price was never an issue as i was already delayed ). Never even ventured near the breakfast area ..."
