"Where do I begin? I feel like we got scammed. The reviews for this "apartment" were a 10 out of 10, and let me tell you it was more like a 4 out of 10. It was not advertised as a Motel 6 AT ALL! If I knew that, I would have booked at an actual Motel 6 for less money. I didn't feel safe checking in, especially with the bulletproof glass that was between me and the office clerk. My wife and kid stayed in the car before I let them know it was safe to come to the room. There were literally...

"I went to Clovis, CA, to see family and needed a larger 1-story home to accommodate them. Prior to booking this home, I contacted the owner, who promptly answered all of my questions. He and his team also answered my questions quickly, thoroughly, and with kindness throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this clean, spacious home. Using the garage to park a vehicle and having a 1-story home for a family member with mobility issues who cannot climb stairs easily were huge pluses as...

"We only spent a quick night here in order to catch an early flight. It was conveniently located near the airport. Everything was clean well appointed. The host was easy to communicate with. The locked gate was an added peace of mind. Unfortunately, the garage was very small and our vehicle did not fit."

"It would be nice if the backyard grass has maintenance since I arrive with pets. Since this home is pet-friendly, I would love my pets to be comfortable in the backyard grass knowing it’s has maintenance so they play and run.Eventually in the middle of the stay, the landscapes arrive and cut the grass. My pets then had an enjoyable time in the trimmed grass. A photo will be provided of my pet enjoying the clean/trimmed glass."

"The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to...
