It is a pleasure to write this review.The property checked all the boxes for a comfortable holiday stay near our son and his family.The duplex (2 bedrooms above the kitchen LR) provided room for 3 adults to comfortably stretch out. It was clean, well appointed and the holiday decorations were a nice , welcoming touch. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Each BR and the LR had a TV.The kitchen had everything needed to make a breakfast ; no need to immediately stock up after a long wearying flight. (the spice selection was especially appreciated and I was able to bake my traditional holiday cookies .)The location was safe and though on a busy daytime street, we were never bothered by street sounds, especially at night.. But for those who may notice, there were , by each bed white noise /soundscape devices by each bed. We parked by front door on street but off street parking was available. Close to airport and easy drives to Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon. Day trip to Hearst Castle.It was winter so no use of pool.Check in/out was easy; the host assured by text that he was available if needed, but there was no need/concerns.Would definitely stay again .

We had a short but wonderful stay for a wrestling tournament at Clovis West HS. The Bungalow home was a very welcome place to land after a long day! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and my kids loved the pac-man game! The host was super helpful in recommending locations to eat after my son’s weigh ins also. We will hope to stay again next year when we are back for the same tournament.

Kitchen was stocked with a decent amount of tools for cooking, the bathrooms were clean, the bedrooms had extra blankets and towels, and the sitting area out front was a nice little spot to hang out. Street parking was convenient and the portaco parking around back was a little tricky to find at first but we managed. I wish there had been more info on how to access the pool and the washer/dryer, as they are included in the amenities but it was unclear about where the laundry unit was and how to get to the pool (which was next door in a fenced in courtyard).

The perfect home away from home

This place is cozy for a family. It was our 2nd time staying since we loved it so much last year. It’s so clean and well decorated inside. Beds are the most comfy and it literally comes with everything you need and more. The location is perfect. Groceries, gas, shops and entertainment are all within a mile. I’m sure if it’s available, I’ll be back next year

Clean and cozy!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great launching site for Kings Canyon National park and Yosemite. Neat food and most importantly just two mins from Starbucks! Great host. Would stay again.

Felt at home

From the beginning, Todd made me feel welcomed. It is a place I will definitely return to when I return to Fresno. Excellent communication and stay. Great and comfortable accommodations. Much better than a hotel.

Visiting Family.

Condo was very clean and comfortable and in a great location, not far from airport and near restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and accomodating. It was stocked with some kitchen/food items which was nice. The only issue was a fair amount of street noise at night when trying to sleep, it's on a busy street, but I would not let that stop me from renting it again. Overall a great stay!

Home away from home

Place was way nicer than I had anticipated. A lot of very small details added up to help my stay feel more like being at home. From additional phone charges to a well thought out fully functional kitchen. The decor and lighting was perfect. I was there to unwind and was able to get that accomplished. I would recommend and stay again.

The property was very clean and well appointed. I was taken aback at the neighborhood at first but found it to be quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive to a couple of minor promblems. My only was the beds. They were a bit soft and lumpy for our old person backs.

Perfect & comfy stay for Yosemite & Sequoia visits

We needed a place to stay as a landing zone so we could visit Yosemite & Sequoia National Forests and this apartment worked great! The apartment was clean, had a great pool for after park downtime, was close to restaurants, and anything we needed. The owner was responsive and kind.

Nice, comfortable stay in Fresno area

Todd’s place was great, very comfortable and convenient, well outfitted and perfect for our family. We didn’t end up using the pool but it was nice to have the option. I appreciated the private parking in back.
