"When I first arrive the staff who helped me it was pretty kind, the room was kind of clean the carpet looked like dirty, the hot tub wasn't working the pool was open but it was a little dirty, the breakfast it was ok they had cereal bagels juice muffins coffe and some other things, the area of the hotel was pretty calm I would recommend this hotel "

"The staff was amazing, zero issues with checking in and out. As far as the room, it wasn’t dirty but there was a dead/squished mosquito above the door when I walked in, and a dead gnat on one of the towels. And not all of the channels worked on the cable, that was a little weird.
I’ve worked in hospitality so I understand these things happen, especially when there’s a lot of plant life nearby. But overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Whatever gentlemen worked front desk March 27th was a lot...

"Originally the place looked a little sketchy, but the service was very nice and easy to check in and the room was clean. It was quiet too. The breakfast in the morning was something that a mom would put together in a paper bag with 2 of : bananas, tangerines, granola bars, yogurt/spoons, and cookies, but I’d stay again if necessary "

"I’ll start with the positive. The staff was friendly, the lobby area was updated and clean, and the breakfast was pretty tasty. The beds were also comfortable. However, the rooms were small and needed some updating. At least half of the floor tiles in the room were cracked. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned well. There were yellow stains on the shower curtain and hair on the bathroom floor (not from us). The TV in the room was old and the picture quality was horrible. There is no pool. "

"Old, outdated ac unit, refrigerator and microwave. No cleaning service unless asked for it the night before. Two dining chairs completed the seating arrangement which was uncomfortable. Metal bed frame which was noisy. Heard strange noises at night. Room not adequately secured with a double lock. I won't be staying there again."
