"The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the hotel is in a convenient location, about 8 minutes from Hersheypark. The room was a good size and had enough space for our stay. However, the hotel overall did not feel very clean. We noticed food on multiple floors, and there was water on the floors from people coming from the pool, including in the elevator. "We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a mini sink which was very useful for our family since we had 3 young kids. The west elm trundle sofa was very useful for our sleeping arrangement. I would highly recommend this place for any family."

"I wouldn't recommend this place. We left a day early. Uncomfortable beds, no insulation you can HEAR EVERYTHING. The bathroom had a broken sink and mirror. No one was ever at the ftont desk. "

When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. "It’s an old hotel. The complementary breakfast is decent consisting of eggs (from a bottle ?), some meat, make your our own waffle, yogurts, bagels and coffee. Cleaning only happens if you stay more than 2 nights and per request. They also do not guarantee cleaning on the weekends because they have a lot of checkouts (that’s what they explained when requesting cleaning for a 5 night stay) You feel watched by staff/owner everytime you step out. They have no pool (it’s a hot tub) we did not try...

"AC and frigde not working, wifi was too slow and poor connectivity. When we asked to change the room, the fronk desk showed no apologies for providing substandard amenities. Breakfast was atrocious with stale bread, muffin and bagels. On night of July 4th there was a power outage due to a thunderstorm. The hotel had no back up inverter. We stayed in sweltering heat without AC for 8 hours till we decided it was unbearable and so we checked out 4 hours earlier than check out time. Not worth...

"We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left "

"False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here."

"we got what we paid for. the hotel claims to be smoke free but it feels like it had been smoked in for decades before implementing that rule. the carpet had a sticky film that was unpleasant to walk on. the chair, desk, and mirror were all stained. the tv stand was pulled away from the wall when we arrived and i had to move it back myself. the room had a large window into the hallway as if it were on a balcony - but the hallway was entirely indoors. paying extra for parking is pretty tacky, just...
