Staff was very nice. accommodating as best they could, but the room was very Smokey sheets and bathroom had stains and hair in different areas could not stay there

The whole building looked like a visit to to projects. Room was filthy, towels had dirt on them, there were bags of trash piled everywhere. The entire property looked like it was for the poverty, low income, welfare, drug dealers and prostitution. There was only a sheet.. 1 sheet on the bed....no blanket to be found. The TV remote was gone. Holes in the walls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Es war das schlimmste Hotel, was ich je gesehen habe. An der Rezeption roch es sehr stark nach Urin. Wir konnten das Zimmer bzw. die angebotenen Zimmer nicht beziehen. Sie waren dreckig. Die Bettlaken waren voller brauner und gelber Flecken. Die Zimmertür stand offen und der Geruch im Zimmer war unerträglich. So sind wir wieder abgereist und es wurde uns eine Erstattung zugesagt, was bisher immer noch nicht erfolgt ist!

Infested with roaches. There are a lot of people that live there and they said all the rooms have roaches. I went to the front desk to get a different room, they insured me there were no roaches in the different room but found roaches in that room too. I went back to the front counter and he canceled my reservation. He then said he couldn't guarantee no roaches.

I booked a room and I arrived on site and they told me they were overbooked, they had nothing for me... Then Expedia website is terrible in this situation, told I could get a refund because I didn't cancel in time. Property pictures were not accurate, the place was a dive...

Don’t GO!!! This property should be condemned by the city and Expedia! Roaches, blood stains on comfortable, feces on wall, trash everywhere. Health hazards all over the place!!

This is not a family friendly hotel. It more like a daily renters property. The guy was very nice and let us cancel our reservation no charge but fyi to families its not a place to stay.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It’s a little rundown but the location was good for our needs. Latch was missing on the door but it locked. The shower was amazing - after a long day, hot water with great pressure. Basic but exactly what we needed.

I should have known when I drove in and saw the parking lot and the condition of the lobby furniture that this was not going to be good. After check in, we drove around to the back of the hotel to make our way to the room from the outside. There were abandoned cars in the parking lot, people LIVING in the hotel, and hanging out outside of their rooms like it was a neighborhood party. We bolted and didn't even go into the room. Can't imagine what it looked like but I know we would have not survived the night. Total waste of time and money that I will never get back.

Do not book, the room smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette and the front desk staff was confused. Took them three tries to get my room key working and then the room smelled so bad I had to check out

Had a reservation on a very busy night… showed up to property …. The property itself is quite a mess…. They told me they were oversold… even though I’d paid in full for a room… I was told the king room they had had no AC…. This was about midnight so we had to driver from ppty to ppty looking for a place to stay for a few hours. I’ll never book here again.

I don’t even know how this place is still listed on here there’s people that live here all year around just pull up and drive around the parking lot that will tell you right away.the rooms are disgusting with cigarette ash burn Holes blood stains sticky floors i couldn’t believe how dirty it was we complained got a *BETTER* Room it was worse the first one we left and drove back home I wouldn’t sleep there if you paid me

Don't stay here! The door to my room wasn't working properly. There was no fridge and the hotel staff could have cared less about me.
