"We all loved our stay at the sunset beach cabin. We had plenty of room inside and outside. The owners were wonderful and answered all of our questions. We hope to stay longer next time we head up north!"

"Legacy lakeside resort was fantastic! There's trails to walk, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, nice beach, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and relaxing. There's also a cool game room, grills, fish cleaning station. We will definitely be coming back! It's our new favorite place to go! Staff were very helpful and kind too!! "

"Our little 3 night getaway for our family of 4 was absolutely lovely! The host was very efficient when it came to check-in and information prior to our stay, they communicated very well! We also appreciated the early check-in of 2 PM so we could enjoy most of our first day. When we arrived, the place was spotless! The lake was a little green our first day but you can’t help that… It eventually cleared up and we enjoyed the lake even more! We loved the little beach area and the nice, flat grassy...

"This is the ultimate relaxation point!!!My husband and I needed a getaway and this cute spot on Lake Ethel was exactly what the doctor ordered! Lake Ethel is such a peaceful location. We were able to enjoy rain every morning of our stay, with nothing but sun shortly afterwards. Gentle breezes kept the bugs at bay and cooled the heat. "There were 6 of us to celebrate my daughter getting her Bachelors of Science in Aeronautics from UND! The weather was rainy and cold during our stay. The lake ice bath was perfect and the hot tub and indoor facilities were Awesome!! Just what we needed to rest and revive after the Grad Ceremonies! Love the open space and it felt like home to us. "We came to the area for a wedding that was just down the road at Thumper pond. The house was clean and had lots of space. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to utilize the lake access. FYI the access is across the road, not directly on the property. Overall we would recommend! "

"This was a beautiful property with a spacious lawn and sandy beach. We loved having the big game room for rainy days and the 2 large bunk rooms were comfortable and were great for all the kids. We did a girls room and a boys room. Lots of towels and linens and huge washer/ dryer. Would've been nice to have a master bathroom, but we made it work with the 2 bathrooms. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back!"

"We came up with my extended family (14 of us) to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. The home was STUNNING and there was plenty of room to sleep, eat (indoor dining table and outdoor patio tables seat 16), and hang out. There are coffee makers everywhere too, which my family loved. We quite enjoyed taking out the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets too). The water is shallow for quite a ways out which made swimming easy … and our hosts also graciously provided...
