"Clean room..good bed..super location and while we had to pay for parking it was good..no elevator for 2nd floor but it was OK for us.. no breakfast which we would have preferred at least continental..they had snacks for $2 each(bars basically and the Chinese restaurant next door i guess they served some sort of continental if you paid for it(? ) no microwave in room which would have been nice..they had a small fridge in room though..you could use the microwave in front registration room where...

"The location to the plaza is great. We loved being able to walk to the plaza from the hotel every day such a short distance. The nightly free food and drink was a plus. For families with children it’s great for a limited budget. We love the fact that it’s a pet friendly hotel."

"This property is full of super cute charm. The rooms were minimal, but were still decorated nicely and had everything you needed. The Lady Duff Lounge was a nice touch! We had dinner and drinks on Saturday night, that service was a little slow, but they were pretty busy! Breakfast there the next day was great! "The ambiance of the hotel was charming--felt intimate and friendly and had all the amenities. Hotel is just off the plaza so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We treated ourselves to a king bed room with a fireplace in the separate living room. Upon request a staff member came and started a fire, which was lovely on cool evenings. There is a small bar attached to the hotel with a pizza maker serving up delicious fresh pizza. The rooms were spacious and clean, though bathroom a bit dated."

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."
