"Kerry was very accommodating, went out of the way to get us checked in early as we had a Wedding at 4:00 ( normal check in time).The house is so cute with a huge kitchen and big dinning table perfect for a gathering. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows.The back patio looks out to a field with tons of birds. It was perfect for early morning coffee. We would definitely go back!"

"We decided to rent one of these little cabins instead of paying the high priced hotels which they raise the prices. Because the local hotels get updates from the college on key events are going to happen.. we used to stay in the hotel in that area but moving forward, we will not we would rather give somebody that’s hard-working money. The process was perfect from the minute we booked and the communication was exceptional. Our host was very informative."

"This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway."

"We were looking for a pet-friendly stay during our move from Florida to out west. The Hive was an extremely cute, well appointed and seemingly professionally decorated stay with a large, fully fenced in back yard for our fur babies to run and sniff after being cooped up in the car for 10 hours. Will definitely keep in mind for any other cross-country trips."

"We loved the home and back yard area. The home was clean and comfortable. They need a grill for the back patio and the Internet was out for the entire stay we were there so the TVs didn’t work. The home post says there are animals on the property, but there are a LOT of animals right next to the back yard. Lots of chickens and turkeys. Sleeping in is not really an option with the roosters. But we loved the home. The management was attentive and quick to help with communication."

"This property was perfect for my large extended family to stay together and celebrate my daughter’s graduation! The host was extremely responsive, the house itself is beautifully maintained, and it is a great location! Would highly recommend… Definitely one of the best houses I have ever stayed in using Verbo!"

"Came down from WI for a series Tarleton vs St Thomas MN. This house was in the perfect location for us to get to and from the ballpark in just minutes. Very cozy well stocked home. Just a short drive to Hico for some sightseeing and shopping! Host had great restaurant recommendations and was easy to communicate with. "
