"From my arrival to my leaving Everyone was Very Professional and Caring. Very Helpful and my room was so comfortable. Its an older hotel but I felt very welcome, safe and the hot breakfast was a very well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay."

"This hotel would’ve been awesome back in the day! It has a very old world European feel with all the opulent dark wood work. We stayed in a suite which was very large with two bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. The breakfast was ok and the condition of the property was dated and worn. "The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The hallways, stairs smelled like disinfectant and the door to the 3rd floor (where I was staying) didn't have a door knob but was replaced with a screwed in handle. When I checked in, the day attendent said that I had booked a handicapped room and helped me change over to a regular room, which was helpful.
