"Pros:
- receptionist was great
- very fast check in
Cons:
- For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
- the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment"

"The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent."

"Its great for the people who need privacy. I found everything to be exceptionally clean and well-mantained. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation, and the living area was cosy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Melbourne.
The location was ideal, with easy access to cafes & restaurants.
Highly recommended"
