"My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. "This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.

"A great location in the heart of downtown Baltimore - super easy and convenient for all the sites. Would be good if they could negotiate an agreement with local parking garage for car parking as the costs are out of control in the area but that is not a fault of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean, contemporary and super quiet which was great for getting our toddler to sleep after a long car journey. Would stay again!"
