"The cottage was clean and set up as requested, with sofa bed made up for sleeping. Janene was friendly and gave advice on where to eat locally. Beautiful view of lake and loved hearing birds in the morning. Kitchenette was well set up and porridge sachets a hit on cold morning."

"We had a wonderful stay in Valla in this lovely house and beautiful surrounds. The kids loved the friendly chickens who came right up to the door. The place was clean and well equipped. The perfect short stop for our group on a trip up to Yamba. Thank you!"

"Super Hosts, we were there for 3 nights and took in the best of the area, rapid canoe with our family of 7 was excellent, the rivers were pristine in the area, the F&B in the area was first rate and the accommodation suited the stay perfectly."

"We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was marvellous. The hosts were welcoming and friendly without being suffocating. The property was cool, self-contained and fenced; perfect forour dog.We had a few visits from Eddie the dog, who liked to keep an eye on things and made friends with our dog.Rosellas in the trees, chickens running around, cow in the fields - it was the perfect xmas getaway fir us. Thank you!"

"A family get together (one group from Brisbane, the other from Newcastle), with attractions for two young girls. Description of arrival was good for actual end of GPS direction. The house was well set up for our group, access to playground equipment, chicken watching and gathering the odd egg was enjoyable, the dogs added character! "Cute little house. Very close to everything and convenient. Very clean. No heating or cooling.This one is owned by a commercial chain and it was the easter weekend so contact was for emergencies only according to the email comms. The lawn had just been mown without a catcher leaving big chunks of grass everywhere, and despite our best efforts we couldn't help but constantly bring grass inside and there was no dustpan to clean it up, only a broom to sweep it into the corners. "We had a really relaxing stay at Ann's farm. The view of the paddocks, pond and bush, with various animals and birds was idyllic. Not to mention the stars at night.Comfy beds. Open plan bed arrangements. Great nearby walks. Separate lounge area with above mentioned view."
