"The room itself was spacious and clean. Check in is at the lobby and the rooms you need drive to the rooms which was fine. But there was construction going on so I had to go a longer way to my room and there are no elevators or ramps and my luaggge was really heavy and they placed me on the second floor and didn’t ask me if I had any accommodation issues with going up stairs prior "

"Welk resort is about 30 minutes away from where we live and it’s a perfect staycation place to decompress for a few days.Upon arrival staff greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm. "I liked little balcony a lot! Each floor had water fountain. Rooms had cookies and chips! Air conditioning was on remote control — This was an awesome feature! Bed was very comfortable! I felt like they really wanted to make you feel at home here. Even though this hotel is a little out of the way for me, I think I will stay here again when I am in the area, even though it’s a little farther away. "
