"Very nice staff. All rooms seem so have an outdoor space, very nice. Sea view from our two rooms. Uncomfortable beds. The aircon was very noisy, we didn’t need it so easy to turn off. "

"Hosts Doug and his wife were great! Friendly and very accommodating. The loft is spotless and comfortable furniture. Large hammock. Great clean bathroom and shower. Location to Newport and other attractions is super easy. Would highly recommend. "

"Toilet had to be fixed by guests to function and stove was taken apart and unusable.Wasn't clean enough to want to prepare meals."

"This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. "TV only got local free channels.No icons for app.Otherwise, it was perfect.Quiet inside apartment although there was on a busy road.Winery was convenient but pricey.Would stay again."

"Even though this is a third floor, it was very easy to manage with frequent landings. My significant other is 84 years old and he did just fine. The apartment is nicely decorated in each room. Plenty of hot water. My only two wishes were firstly,check out time could be later so we could get up leisurely and make breakfast. Also would have liked an extra throw for the bed.Definitely will return."

"The owner is very kind. There is plenty of room in the kitchen and dining room to hang out with the family. Good number of bedrooms and a nice bathroom on the second floor. Close to downtown Woods Hole and Falmouth. "

"Great parts.1. Full stocked2. Great location3. Quaint and cozy4. Very good customer service( they didn't leave the beach pass but did a great job sending a pic and communicating) Bad parts1. Great yard but it was not mowed2. No grill ( they do have a charcoal grill they said but who want to deal with that for 3 days. Get a gas grill please)3. Lights upstairs were on different switches and you could nor turn the light off and keep the fan on."

"We were shocked when we arrived at this property. The word "rustic" should be added to its description. The front door to the property is a sliding glass does that does not from the outside. When we walked through the house upon arriving, we walked through spiderwebs on the inside of the house, the smell of mildew was overwhelming, most of the windows had been screwed closed with no way to open them, there were rodent traps in every room, the mini splits (AC units) worked extremely well, the...
