Nothing chargeable to your room (?) Eg adding breakfast or a drink at the bar pay at the time, but no cash taken. Satisfactory, without being special in any way."

"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. "One night stay for work, large airy room with a bath! Breakfast was incredible and amazing value. Staff couldn't do enough throughout. Best night sleep away from home. Thoroughly recommend."

"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."
