"The biggest compliment I can give the property management is their availability. Their willingness to be accommodating and assessable is truly amazing. "We all loved the house, the location and how easy it was to get to the places we wanted to go. From the moment we arrived it was everything we expected and so much more. Great places to eat and drink with in walking distances and do close to street car stop. The house had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We had a few nights of thunder and lightening and we spent a lot of time on the front porch as a group enjoying the storm since where we're from we don't see storms like...

"Nice, spacious, comfortable and clean! Good location near bars and restaurants. 15 min Uber ride to French quarter. Parking free and easy. Third floor- wasn’t prepared for the steep stairwell but made it work. "

"This was the most beautiful home! Though you’re sharing the entire home with other people, you hardly notice as the suite is yours alone. Instructions were easy. You have a huge space to yourself with a large kitchen, massive bathroom and glorious whirlpool tub (great for after a long day of walking around the French Quarter), and the most amazing record and cassette library to set the vibe while you relax and unwind. That was such a nice touch. The furnishings and decor are gorgeous, as well....

"Let me just start out by saying, the property itself is decorated so well. We were all really impressed the decor and presentation of the property. It’s a spacious property that has all the classic old culture and style of New Orleans with modern furnishings, appliances and touches. The check in and out process was seemless and the host was very responsive the few times I reached out. "The House and Garden have fairy tale properties. We were three adult couples with a dog. Each couple had their own suite with plenty of privacy and enough of it's own character to make everyone feel they had a special stay. I think our pug was happiest. He had the whole walled courtyard to run around and chase the many tiny lizards. The area is very walkable for people and pets. Everything you could want is a 5- 10 minute walk. "My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining...

"We stayed 4 nights. Our host was excellent, attentive with great communication. House was spacios and clean. Spacious bedrooms, fully functional kitchen if needed. Had no problem finding parking on the street. We had 7 people staying, we booked for 8. "

"The location was great. Reasonable walking distance to restaurants, bars, trolley stop and hop-on-hop-off bus stop. Beautiful rental with lots of room. All bedrooms on 2nd floor which could be a problem if mobility issues for elderly. Definitely would rent again. Short Uner ride to all areas. "

"Plenty of room, clean, well stocked, and close to everything! My husband and I stayed with our 5 children. Never cramped and the kids were constantly entertained with the pool! Would definitely recommend this property. "
