"The room was clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was ok, one of the reasons we stayed there is because we saw they served turkey sausage but it was only available 2 days out of the 7 days we were there! Parking was good, but I thought parking was free for guest but when I got my receipt it showed I was charged $10 a day! I’m not sure if that will be credited back to me but other than that! My stay was amazing!!!"

"We had a 14 hour layover in phoenix and the staff had a room cleaned and ready for an early check in. The shuttle driver picked us up from the airport recommended places to eat within a 2 miles radius that he was able to take us to. Will stay again if I need to"

"This is a very old hotel. It does smell clean, but is very low budget. Furniture is minimal. No bedspread, old bathroom, stains on the carpet, no alarm clock, not USB outlets. Only one wall light one bedside light and a tiny light with the cord wrapper tight around itself that did nothing on the desk. The AC worked but sounded like an old car and kept me up all night. Yes, free breakfast, waffles, bagels, cereal, bagged oatmeal, and yogurt. No protein all carbs!"

"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"
