"This was the perfect place for us! We did a lot of fishing and crabbing from the dock. OBX beaches are less than a mile away. The host is very responsive. Great neighbor kitty who loved to visit with us. (And his mom was very nice and chatty too!)"

"Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop."

"Our family enjoyed the perfect stay here! The community is perfectly placed next to the beach as well as a short walk to great shopping & restaurants, not to mention Historic Corolla Village. The unit was absolutely lovely: clean, beautifully decorated and with *very* comfortable beds and pillows! We had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday at the beach. For our family of 3 (2 parents, 1 teen) it was the perfect size, but we can see a family with young kids having plenty of room as well....
