"Steve was a fantastic host, with quick replies and dining recommendations. The property is really nice, has a great front porch, perfect location, and everything you need. The layout is a little funky (you need to go through one bedroom to get to the other, and the shower head is extremely low for us tall folks. But we'd definitely stay there again."

"We loved the houseboat so clean and comfy with everything you would ever need. Enjoyed the river by renting a pontoon for 1/2 day. Loved the porch upstairs "

"Wilmington is one of my favorite places to visit. This time was no disappointment. This was a birthday getaway for me and my husband. The houseboat was very clean and accommodating. Just the relaxation that I needed. Kelly was avaliable when we needed her with no hesitation. Thank you Kelly and we will be coming back."

"We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!"

"I always wish platforms used scales of 10. This is a solid 9/10, no frills condo. It was exactly what we were expecting and was a good value. We appreciated the adequate kitchen and the washer/dryer. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The main perks are the included parking, the walkability to countless shops and restaurants, and the unique view (love watching the boats pass). It's also nice that the condo is a top floor end unit so we didnt experience any noise issues....

"Stayed with my parents who are in their 90s to visit daughter who attends UNCW. It was the perfect place to retreat to after full days of exploring Wilmington and visiting UNCW. The cottage is tidy and the backyard is so inviting. Will definitely visit again. "

We were able to easily walk to the area with restaurants and shops. the place was really nice with a great balcony to sit out on to enjoy our coffee and relax at night. the owners were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the downtown area."
