"Great property. Basically on the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Great place to stay or use as a base to explore Jervis Bay."

"Very clean, basic needs met as far a comfort is concerned. I would stay again, this visit was mainly for business purposes. Very friendly caretaker and family. I would recommend this for friends and family."

"Very close to the lake and quiet. Felt a bit pricy though for the age of the property and amenities provided. Also based on the description I was assuming EV charging was free to use for the tenants but doesnt seem to be the case. Overall good experience. "

"The house and location was perfect for our family and friends. We attended our daughter’s wedding at Eleven Eighty and the house was just perfect. Close to wedding venue and easy to organise transport. Communication was excellent from the very beginning and Deb was amazing to deal with. Thank you so much "

"3 beautiful cabins that have been thoughtfully designed to make an enjoyable trip. Dog friendly with a small fenced backyard for cabin 2. Suitable accom for 19 adults. The host was also very helpful. Would stay again if given the opportunity to do so. "

"The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. "Loved our pet and family friendly weekend in your very comfortable house. The view was beautiful. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and scenic walks. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend to friends. "

"Our family of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) had a wonderful 3 night stay at the start of the NSW school holidays, We greatly appreciated the care package (lots of yummy goodies) that Luane left for us. There is so much to do at the property that you don’t need to leave. It was well equipped - from kitchenware, to IT, to kids’ toys, to activities for all. Communication with Luane was seamless, making arrival and departure very easy. We had a wonderful family holiday and we would love to come back...

"Perfect location & everything is within walking distance! Villa was clean and tidy and plunge pool was great. Shane was so accommodating to us and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended! "

"A very cosy & relaxing stay"

"From the moment we parked up to 4 vehicles, the 3 br home with ensuites to all were breathtaking. The BBQ area was nice and the rear deck relaxing, to see the the sunset overlooking green paddocks. Each room has its own toilet, bath and shower. The kitchen is decked out for food preparation. Will definitely go back... a stunning homestead in a quiet area of Berry. The township is welcoming and quaint."

"We were delighted to once again stay at this property! As always, the view and central location wins out. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds comfy and the living area is light and airy. During check-in we had to contact the owner by phone and Dave picked up and had us sorted very quickly."
