"Horrifying. This place should be condemned and rebuilt into a new place or used for making movies about crack addicts. The location is perfect for that option. Had to stay here because everything was booked up. The clothes still smell like smoke and the adivan wasn’t enough to keep me from hearing screams as I slept. "We booked this hotel last minute due to an unforeseen layover. The pictures and reviews online gave the impression that it was pretty good for the price. Our experience was anything but. When we arrived, there were 4 guests ahead of us. There was a woman in the lobby, very clearly high on drugs that was accosting everyone waiting for check-in. The front desk worker seemed to know her but only spoke to her twice (in the 20-25 min it took to get us checked in) and it was shocking that the police...

"Air conditioning wasn’t working first night so I was sweating all night until they changed it out next morning. Then the Internet was down until the next evening and they said nothing could be done about it. Just had to wait for it to come back on in its own precious time"

"I got stuck there during a winter storm. Room was cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful & friendly, They helped me find my Marriott number. Hot cocoa tea was provided during the storm. Breakfast had good options, which I enjoyed. Airport Shuttle was on time and helpful and got dropped straight to the gate."

"I booked a room for my elderly parents last minute after their flight to Las Vegas was cancelled due to weather. They had already flown from Madrid that day only to sit on the tarmac at JFK for 4 hours before being told the flight was cancelled. The front desk person then would not allow them to check-in because I made the reservation through my Expedia account and forgot to change the name on the reservation to theirs. Mind you this was 2:00 am and my elderly parents who had not slept in 24...

None of the them are professional , especially the front desk, I met 2-3 different front desk, none of them well trained, a guy name Christ even yell to me!! What a world!"
