"This inn was a mid-century gem, beautifully maintained both inside the rooms and out. Beds were comfy, room was decent sized and bathroom was spotless. Location right outside of the main street of Brunswick, we spent 2 nights and were pleased. A/C worked great, small fridge and microwave in room. On-site washer/dryer (coin) if needed. "The room was decent. This is definitely an older hotel, but our stay was perfectly fine. The price was was excellent compared to the other hotels a bit closer to the harbor. The pool looked very nice, we just didn't have a chance to use it. The free breakfast was really good."

"Honestly, this was a disgusting place to stay. There were obviously leaks over the shower from the floor above, and the amenities provided seem like collections from rooms from other hotels that people may have stayed at. The grand finale was waking up with water dripping onto the already stained rug from the floor above us almost immediately on the bed we were sleeping in. There is no way that these were new leaks and should have been tended to. Hoping we didn’t come home with bedbugs. I would...

"DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! We “supposedly” had reservations to this place and when we got there they aren’t even open!! 8:30pm with 3 children in the car. New renovations taking place. New beds in the hallways looking through the door trying to find someone they don’t even have a front desk because it’s being remodeled. I’m ok with the remodel but what I will not tolerate is being scammed by the hotel for saying they have rooms and selling through Expedia when clearing they don’t have rooms...

"A/c did not work well. Room was hot upon arrival and a/c never got room cool. Check in is located down the road and there is no elevator. No ice. Basically just somewhere to sleep. Building is outdated. Being hot all night was not pleasant at all. Entire family did not rest well at all. Location seemed run down. Not an enjoyable experience"

"The Orchard Inn is very quaint and charming. The grounds were very quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the great coffee and healthy continental breakfast that was provided. Would definitely recommend the Orchard Inn."

"It was an amazing experience, breakfast was spot on, hotel room is clean, the ocean view was perfect. Being in the woods gives it that real get away, relaxed feeling. We went out on the canoe that they have for free and spent all morning seeing wildlife and sightseeing. We will definitely be coming back."

Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets."
