"Location is excelente! Nice big room, comfy bed and nice hand soap. I went in summer with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little hesitant about paying the deposit thru link after learning that many scammers work that way, but it was the only way since it is a self check in. They do send instructions of everything with steps to enter the room. The key to the room is modern, thankfully my 19 year old got us in quite fast. One thing I didn’t know was that most places in Lugano don’t have air...

"We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room.
Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit."

"We could have done with a safe in the room for the security of our valuables. Swimming pool excellent after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were very helpful at all times. Can strongly recommend this hotel."

"Well appointed studio apartment. Great location to MXP airport. We stayed here only one night before our early morning flight. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and it was great to have a refrigerator and microwave. The property had plenty of parking and a security gate. The host showed us the property and clearly explained how to use various things. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment.
Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price."

"Hele fijne locatie om te verblijven 20 minuutjes van como, ruime parkeergelegenheid achter een poort, hele vriendelijke gastheer Alessandro die smorgens heel graag een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtje voor je maakt. Er is een goede pizzeria op 2 min loopafstand voor afhaal. "
