"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. "What a little gem this was! Great value, the studio was very spacious and had everything I could have wanted for my stay (including a fan and complimentary bottles of water in the fridge as well as a fully equpped kitchen, haurdryer, huge TV and comfy bed). It was withing walking distsnce of Lime Street as well as places I was visiting. I would definitely stay again. "

"Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea. Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor."

"Stayed here one night for a University Open Day visit. It was convenient, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and even helped with a minor bit of first aid. They were great advocates for the hotel and Liverpool. Lovely breakfast and an easy walk to the University after a good comfortable night’s sleep."

"Beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy and soft. We ate at the restaurant twice as the fish and chips were so delicious! You also get a discount if you eat there so that was great too. Everyone was very nice behind the front desk and the parking is free! There is no air conditioning but they do give you a pretty big fan which helped air circulation. Wish the window could have opened a little more (it only can open an inch or so) as there was cool air outside that would have been...

"Located in a great position with easy access to historical area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good quality with great selection."

"Loved staying at this location. Had a great experience. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, dining, train and metro station…. The only thing I would like to mention was that the shower pressure was just ok and there seemed to be some drainage issues with the shower. But other than that, we had an amazing stay and will be looking forward to booking this location again in the future!"
