"Would have been nice to know that this hotel does not have an elevator. Have hip and knee issues. When asked about a lower level room the staff was not very nice. Rooms nicely set up and clean. "Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, the shower has decent water pressure, and every room has a mini fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker. This is always where I prefer to stay when I come to Lancaster to visit a friend."
