"Due to my vehicle transmission failing I had to leave my truck in Indiana. The was a tornado which stopped our trip, we finally got to 30 miles north of Louisville Kentucky at 10 pm, I was exhausted and it was raining so hard we couldn’t even see to drive. I called about 20 times, got ahold of the person at the hotel but gave me a number to call. I had my confirmation number but the computer wouldn’t take it. It wouldn’t give me an option to talk to a real person. I’m am totally dissatisfied...

"The check in process was seamless. The room was nice and clean. Having a restaurant on the premises was a added bonus. I had the salmon and broccoli which was really tasty. My daughter ordered the chicken breast with fries, unfortunately they got her order wrong and gave her broccoli instead. The chicken did not have any taste. Overall the experience was good and I'll stay there again."

"The room was a big letdown— the shower door didn’t close properly, making it frustrating to use, and the doors from neighboring rooms slammed so loudly they kept triggering the motion light in our bathroom throughout the night. On top of that, the street noise was constant and disruptive, and there was only one coffee mug provided, which just added to the lack of attention to detail. Overall, the room did not meet expectations."

THE OWNER WAS THERE A SPENT 5 DAYS HOGGING THE 1 OF 3 HANDICAPPED PARKING NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR! HE HAD NO HADDICAPPED TAGS OR WINDSHIELD HANG UP PLACKARD! I am handicapped! Had to walk over wet grass that was uneven in total darkness because their parking lot could NOT accommodate about 25 people. ThIs was for 4 nights the same. His staff said he feels entitled to park there, although he is NOT IN ANY HADDICAPPED!! I WILL NOT STAY THEIR AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE...
