"This hotel was in a safe, fun, walkable area of Rome. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive. Access to the rooftop and complimentary breakfast was a plus! Highly recommend!"

"This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had.
I arrived to check in after 4pm, only to find the doors locked. Apparently, the front desk is only open from 8am–4pm, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel and, more importantly, not clearly stated anywhere in the booking description. There was no warning that arriving later would leave you locked out.
To make things worse, the property is nearly impossible to find at night. There is no proper signage, just a small, unlit...
