"Had a king size room, only 3 small thin pillows. Requested more, my wife and i were headed out for the evening. Guy at the desk said he would let housekeeping know, said I could pick them up at the desk when we returned. No pillows at the desk, the new desk person would not accommodate with more pillows. Said best he could do was the next morning, we would be checking out. Terrible customer service!!! Heater/air conditioner would not stay running. We will not be back!!! We will get the word out...

"The room was clean which is the most important. Had all the extras, like microwave, fridge, etc. Parking was convenient and easily available. Staff was friendly and helpful. One small negative on the room. It had a toilet paper holder that was broken. Still functional by not attached to the wall correctly. Breakfast was adequate but could have some improvement. Some items not available at the time we came in to eat. Overall, a good place to stay for us. Minor issues."

"The internet support was terrible and essentially unusable, like 2 or MB speeds. Initially, the room was not carefully cleaned. The toilet was still dirty. There were only a couple lousy pillows...
The garage under the hotel is much to tight. I'm driving a pickup and couldn't get into many spots. I watched some other poor guy go back and forth with his truck, essentially stuck. I know you're a downtown hotel and requiring the room key for the room and parking garage gate I can see, but the...

"Came for a weekend getaway, it’s hard to book with 3 littles in one room we were so excited until…first issue check in. I was charged $200+ for the room when I booked for 160 because their card reader wasn’t working and they refused to change it, we were wore out it was one night, whatever, we got to the room and the couch/pullout bed was COVERED in unknown fluids. Literally all over the stools everything. We couldn’t use 1/2 the room because it was literally just stained"

"I was surprised for the price that I paid how little there was in the room cheap coffee wide open space with no furniture a reception that they don’t tell you about until you check in. I didn’t check in until an hour before the reception so it did mean no good, but would’ve been nice. The breakfast was not anything to rave about again nice hotel but for the price I expected a lot more."
