"clean facility"

"Please respond. I’ve written twice w no response. We stayed in room 333 on friday July 10. At about 830 am, a housekeeper knocked on our door we responded No but she barged in the room we were having coffee on patio. She walked through our room to balcony. All our open luggage, money was out. She asked when we were Checking out ? We said 1100. We told all this to your desk manager she was shocked. We did not have time to discuss with housekeeping manager. Please respond."

"The staff was very helpful in resolving the water temperature issue promptly. There was also a nice variety of food available at breakfast. Overall we had a nice experience."

"The hotel was unique. It felt like you were staying in a relative’s mansion. The location was terrific. We could walk to downtown Montclair easily."

"Beautiful lobby and the room had all necessary amenities. Great shower pressure also."

"There is no Coffee Maker, the door gets stuck whenever you unlock it, the air conditioner is loud and noisy especially at night, the bathroom is so small you can barely do anything in it without shutting the door behind you first. Worst of all the shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that the door hits it, there are holes in the drywall and it moved freely. Would not recommend if you're used to amenities such as Breakfast, Coffee and Vending Machines."

"I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"This place really almost gets it right. Im on the 5th floor. The carpet is just absolutely disgusting. For days it isnt vacuumed and there are no less than 3 large, dark stains in the middle of it. The 2nd and 3rd floors had decent, clean carpeting - the 5th floor is just forgotten I guess. Front desk is routinely unmanned - which can be frustrating. HOWEVER - exterior of property is clean and kept. Rooms are large and so is the TV. Price is great too...so there's that :)"

"The property is very clean. The reception has to tell the truth about breakfast. When we booked it said free breakfast but in the morning we were told we had to pay if we wanted to have breakfast."
