"The staff were always polite and helpful. The restaurant employees went above and beyond to accommodate our family, even though they had just closed. The food was delicious, and we ended up eating there twice. Our room was clean and quiet. We had debated whether to stay at the Klamath Redwood Holiday Inn or in Eureka, and we are so glad we chose this hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip."

"Overall, this was a nice hotel. The breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, breads and bagels, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Beds were good. It was a bit expensive. And the toilets and sinks were very low."

"I was very satisfied with this location as a home base for exploring the redwoods. The room was clean with basic amenities like microwave and fridge. Staff were friendly and available. This part of town was a little run down but had restaurants, gas station, and basic shopping in walking distance. "

"For the casual traveler it's affordable and comfortable. Not good Internet service though, it kept cutting out and dropping my calls. So not good for a business traveler. Normally is use my phone as a hotspot but cell service is kinda spotty in Crescent City. But the owners are super nice and it's a decent price and totally comfortable "

"I stayed here with my kids for a three day weekend while exploring the Redwood NP area. The location was perfect! The motel is obviously older but the condition was still very good. The bathroom could use some updating, but was still very clean. All of the staff that we interacted with were gracious and kind. "

"We got to park our car right in front of our door which was the highlight of all of our hotel experiences for this trip. Rooms were nice. Looked updated. Keurig machine was a little dirty. Had to run water through to clean it first. Small check in room, limited front desk it looked like. No breakfast or coffee. "

"This is such a beautiful property! We only stayed one night, but wish we could have spent more time. Room was very cozy and hosts provided everything we’d need. Great place for a quiet relaxing stay"

"Large room, fridge and microwave, great breakfast, friendly staff, view of the beach. The wifi was not reliable at all - a very weak signal that kept dropping us off. No hot water our last morning. The balcony is so narrow you can’t really use it. Otherwise it was great."
