I always give fair reviews on any place I stay .. I was a bit disappointed from start of check in .. waited at desk for about 10 minutes before anyone helped me , got keys and went to room .. I had stayed several times in past (all good) I opened up room and it was noticeably dated .. I was ok with that.. then went to back door , screen was so hard to open we decided not to use it , I used sink and it would not drain water.. seriously I’m ok with it , my hip had been hurting very bad that’s why I booked a jacuzzi king room , I filled tub and jets would not work .. I was disappointed but it wasn’t end of world .. still nice hot water. We walked down to have dinner , waitress was seemed like she was brand new .. did not know menu at all .. food was ok ! After dinner decided since jacuzzi didn’t work in our room. We decided to go downstairs. Walked into the pool area. It was so loud but all the kids in there were having fun over to the hot tub and the water was great. Went to turn the bubbles on and they wouldn’t turn on either, my wife went to the front desk to ask, and the kid behind the counter Said he had no idea why .. Next day we went to breakfast and it was about the same type of service, but the food was decent. I had prawn Benedict, and my wife had avocado toast, after that we walked around the property and just noticed that it was very worn and not kept up well .. Spent the day away and then came back and went to bed. Herd hall all night and other rooms doors slam.
