"Fantastic location, would recommend a sea view to watch over Fistral beach and the surfing. Spa is great. Pool, jacuzzi, steak room and sauna are great but it was alarming that some guests ignored the ‘no diving’ rules displayed which caused much alarm and was scary. "

"Good"

"It was a lovely stay. Some parts of the hotel needed a bit of attention, but I would return, no doubt. I love the fact it’s an independent hotel. We ate in each night on our 3 night stay, and the quality of the food was fantastic. Also the quality of the bar staff and the reception staff checking in and out. Can’t fault any of them. "

"Parking was very convenient, and a common area is provided for storing and serving food (refrigerator, microwave, sink). Most of all, the room was spotless, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast excellent."

"Our room was spacious and we had sea-view. It's an excellent hotel for short stays! It's very modern and clean, with a nice rain shower in the bathroom and complimentary water and tea in the room. The staff were very polite and caring; special thanks to Mr. MS for his excellent service. "

"It was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. In sn excellent spot 5 mins walk from the beach. Only downside was when we were there they had a party of school aged children staying so the dining room was not open to us oand guests like us which meant having to search for somewhere to have breakfast or eat in our room. A mini fridge in the rooms wouldve been a great addition"

"Friendly, clean, with great views when in a seafront room. The car park is a bonus and there was always a parking space when I was going in and out. My only comment was on the middle floor you could hear other guests on the floorboards above. However they could have been baby elephants! Will stay here again"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Skyline Guesthouse in Newquay! The location couldn’t have been better — everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was a highlight: beautifully cooked with a fantastic variety to choose from. It was the perfect start to our days. "Hotel was excellent, seemingly only opened a short while. The rooms were well appointed and the gym/cafe/pool were all great. Staff were friendly and the location was good, outside the town itself but nice and quiet with walkable beaches nearby."

"The owners are so friendly and helpful and want you to have a special stay, they enjoy what they do. The breakfast was fantastic in choice and quality and quantity. Our room ( room 1) was very spacious, comfortable, with amazing bathroom,( needed after camping) and I would stay again. It is very rural, so good 15 minutes drive to get an evening meal , which you should book. Lots of parking. We’d stay again"
