"It’s a fairly mid-range hotel. The staff is nice but often hard to find, since I think they also work the restaurant. I only had their continental breakfast which had enough several gluten-free options. The room was cleaned well and had plenty of space. "

"Yes all very friendly. Good menu for evening meals & breakfasts. Quirky old building with quite a few steps with in the downstairs & upstairs. Good parking with cameras. Due to being a listed building,no double glazing. You do hear the planes from 6am. But all in all very pleased for our visit."

"We loved our stay here. Stylish, spacious and comfortable room with a modern bathroom. The pub and rooms had been recently refurbished with great care. We stayed in room 8 which backed out onto the courtyard behind the pub and had velux windows which you could watch the stars through. Despite being part of a pub, we found our room to be very quiet after 9pm. Breakfast was fantastic, the veggie option was delicious and the ingredients felt very high quality. Top notch poached eggs too! We ended...

"We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill."
