"This is probably the best place I've stayed at, Sam was extremely helpful during check-in and showed us around the property and our room, they also have a ping pong table, deck/patio space right on the water, and a secluded garden which was very nice. Breakfast was amazing and gets made right away (between 7-9) he even messaged me before we got there for any dietary restriction, and breakfast was different each day. Sam really puts in extra effort to make your stay comfortable and I was sad...

"Don’t let the facade fool you. The building looks dated but when you walk through the doors it’s a whole new experience. The lobby has been renovated and the staff was welcoming. Our room was very clean and had also been renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is not a hot breakfast but there are options available."

"Close to Halifax but in a quieter area with a nice view. Room was clean and nice with a cool skylight. Decent internet connection. You can chrome cast to the tv which is also nice. Cleanest bathroom I’ve seen anywhere I’ve stayed in a long time. Liked having a kitchenette in the room and large fridge. In walking distance to some good local restaurants and activities. Tim’s, gas, pharmacy right a cross the road. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Halifax. "

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We got in very early and were very tired and the staff helped us check in early to a different room so we could sleep. All the staff was very friendly and chatted with us for the couple nights we stayed. I highly recommend for people to stay here. You will not be disappointed. "

"We like everything about the Haliburton. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed and was clean. The area around the Haliburton had everything we wanted, dinning, shopping and we were downtown and very close to the waterfront. We would stay there again."
